Small group training
coached
Coached strength sessions in genuinely small groups. $279 a month for once a week, $399 for twice, open gym access included.
What a session actually looks like
the work
You arrive, the whiteboard already has your day on it, and a coach walks you through the warm up. Then strength work, usually a main lift with accessory work built around it, then conditioning if the day calls for it. About an hour.
Groups stay small on purpose. Small enough that the coach corrects your setup by name instead of shouting at the room. If you have a cranky shoulder that day, the program bends around it.

Who it is for
the fit
People who want the plan handled and someone paying attention, without the price of one on one. Beginners who do not know where to start. Ex athletes who know exactly what to do and never do it alone.
Age range is wide, from people in their twenties to members past 60 lifting more than they did at 40. Everything scales, so nobody is stuck doing a version of the workout that does not fit them.
Group training vs one on one
honest
One on one is better if you have real injuries to work around, a specific competition, or a schedule that never repeats. It is $460 a month for once a week.
Small group is better value and the accountability is stronger, because you notice when the same four people expect you Tuesday. Most members start here and stay here.

faq
How many people are in a group?
Small, by design. Enough for the energy, few enough that the coach can correct everyone in the session.
How much is small group training?
$279 a month for once a week and $399 a month for twice a week. Both include 24 hour open gym access.
What if I have never lifted before?
That is most of who walks in. The first few sessions are teaching sessions, and nothing is loaded heavy until the movement looks right.
Can I still train on my own?
Yes, open gym access is included and plenty of members add one solo day a week.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No. Most people who start with us have not trained seriously in years, or ever. Everything scales to where you are today.
Are you really open 24 hours?
Yes, keyfob access 24 hours a day, seven days a week for members. Coached sessions run at scheduled times.
Is there a contract?
No. Everything is month to month and cancelling is a form on this site, not a phone call.
